E501A / E511A Portable Fire Pumps

The Waterous E500 Series water pump is specifically designed for mounting on specialized attack vehicles and available in two performance models, the E501 and E511. Providing versatility with high-pressure and high-capacity flow options, the E501 and E511 models dispense powerful water delivery, no matter the situation.

E501-A Model

Waterous' high-pressure model, the E501-A, operates at a flow capacity up to 50 GPM (190 L/min) at 400 PSI (28 bar) and 110 GPM (420 L/min.) at 100 PSI (7 bar).

E511-A Model

Our high-capacity model, the Waterous E511-A, operates at flows up to 100 GPM (380 L/min.) and 275 GPM (1045 L/min.) at 190 PSI (13 bar) and 50 PSI (3.5 bar).

Featuring a standard spring-loaded mechanical shaft seal that never needs adjustment, and backed by exclusive factory service and expert technicians, we've got your E500 pump service and maintenance needs under control.

Options & Accessories

Easily interfacing with numerous accessories, the Waterous E500 portable fire pumps come with a variety of options to fit the needs of your fire department. Priming system options are available, which include Waterous' hand and electric primers that are shipped loose for remote mounting. Single municipal, dual municipal (includes an In-cab panel) or deluxe control panels specifically designed for the E500 are also available.

Specifications

952 cc (58.1 cubic inches), water-cooled, in-line 3-cylinder, Briggs & Stratton® model DM 950D diesel engine producing 26.5 hp (19.8 kW).
Volute body and head constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy protected by proprietary dual anodizing and sealing process for superior corrosion protection and resistance to acids and alkaline solutions.
E501-A comes equipped with a 2 inch; female NPT intake and 1.5 inch; female NPT discharge (optional 3 inch Victaulic® adapter).
E511-A and E511-B have 3 inch; female NPT intake and 2 inch; female NPT discharge (optional 2 inch Victaulic® adapter).
High-strength, double-hubbed, corrosion-resistant bronze impeller.
Bronze wear rings add life to the pump and are easy to replace.
High-strength, stainless steel drive shaft and a heat-treated ductile iron gear.
Spring-loaded, mechanical-type shaft seal that never needs adjustment.
Two-gear speed increaser encased in a high-strength aluminum case with helical-cut gears for reduced wear and noise and anti-friction bearings througout.
5-year warranty.
