Mobile Demonstration Unit Sign-Up

If you are interested in having one of our Mobile Demonstration Units come to your fire department for either an operation and maintenance class, a CAFS demonstration or both please fill out the sign up sheet below. Please complete all contact information below and check the box for the instruction or demonstration you are interested in. Approximately 60 days before we are going to be in your area you will be contacted and a class or demonstration will be set up.
