HL200, HL300 & HL400 Two-Stage Vehicle Rear-Mounted Fire Pumps.
Specifically designed for installation in international-style fire trucks, the compact, rear-mounted HL series pumps have built-in high-pressure relief valves. The HL200 has ratings from 2000 L/min. @ 10 bar (low pressure) to 400 L/min. @ 40 bar (high pressure). The HL300 has ratings from 3000 L/min. @ 10 bar (low pressure) to 400 L/min. @ 40 bar (high pressure). The HL400 has ratings of 4000 L/min @ 10 bar (low pressure) to 400 L/min. @ 40 bar (high pressure). All HL models provide brigades with rear-mount pumps capable of simultaneously producing high pressure and low pressure.

- Bronze high-pressure impeller; wear-resistant anodized aluminum low-pressure impeller; low pressure impeller has flame-plated hubs.
- Built-in high-pressure relief valve.
- Pump body and pedestal cast from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum.
- Easily accessible high-pressure strainer.
- Stainless-steel impeller shaft, heat-treated, machined and ground to precision.
- Bronze replaceable wear rings to increase pump life and minimize maintenance costs.
- Maintenance-free, self-adjusting shaft seal.
- Anodized aluminum 4 inch BSP threaded intake with a 30° droop and two auxiliary 4 inch side flanges.
- Discharge manifold constructed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum has six discharge outlets.
- Two anodized aluminum low pressure non-return discharge valves with 2.5 inch BSP (HL200 only).
- Interstage crossover valve assembly incorporates both a high-pressure relief valve and removable strainer for the high-pressure stage inlet.
- Waterous automatic double-piston primers with optional manual override switch.
- Meets EN 1028-1 and EN 1028-2 standards.

- The Waterous Round-the-Pump Foam Proportioner is an easy-to-use, compactly designed unit capable of retrofitting on any Waterous HL series pump. It has preset positions for 1%, 3%, or 6% proportioning, with foam pick-up connections for either an on-board tank or foam container, and provides foam to high and low pressure discharges.
