About MyWaterous
Welcome to the MyWaterous web portal. There are two ways to access the portal; REGISTERED USER or GUEST.
REGISTERED USER:
To register for MyWaterous, you will either be an Administrator or User. The Administrator is the first person from your company to Register an account. This requires a correct customer number, an invoice number and invoice amount. Once an account is verified, the Administrator will be the point person to allow other people access to this account.
REGISTERED USER ACCESS:
- PARTS & MANUALS: Enter a product serial number (manufactured since 2000) and get access to parts lists, installation, operation, maintenance and overhaul instructions. Place orders for replacement parts on-line.
- MY QUOTES: Access to all active quotes for both complete products and repair parts.
- MY ORDERS: Access to all orders including order status, expected shipping date and shipment tracking information.
- MY INVOICES: Ability to view and email all invoices, debit and credit memos.
- MY RETURNED MATERIAL: Access to the status of all material returned to Waterous including any credits issued.
- MY ACCOUNT BALANCE: Check the current balance of your account including access to current and past-due invoices.
- RESOURCES: Access to pre-2000 parts lists, operation, maintenance and overhaul instructions. Engineering documentation, technical bulletins, service tips, training material and more
GUEST USER:
As a guest user, you will not have access to all the benefits of the MyWaterous portal.
GUEST USER ACCESS:
- PARTS & MANUALS: Enter a product serial number and get access to parts lists, installation, operation, maintenance and overhaul instructions.
- RESOURCES: Access to pre-2000 parts lists, operation, maintenance and overhaul instructions. Engineering documentation, technical bulletins, service tips, training material and more.
